Conveniently located about 15 minutes from Tagbilaran City with it's airport, seaport, shopping, restaurants and entertainment and about 20 minutes from Alona Beach with a variety of resorts, restaurants, and dive clubs, you can experience peace and quite while having access to everything.

Secluded small beaches are available within walking distance, and quiet larger beaches are within 10 minutes drive allowing you to explore all the postcard perfect spots at your leisure.

We thoroughly recommend taking advantage of affordable local transportation or renting a motorcycle to leisurely explore the nearby island of Panglao and even the greater island of Bohol. Note that by popular demand, our very low monthly rates do not include electricity for those people who truly want to travel on a budget. Typical metered electricity monthly ranges from 2000 to 6000 depending on use of air conditioner.
